One of simple thing which human can’t practice is being consistent, and it is very much true. It involves higher level of will power and self-motivation about every factor that counts in being consistent about a phenomena. Let’s take an example of bodybuilding, where consistent exercise will not serve the purpose only rather balancing of all essentials is required.
Essentials may include:
- Visiting gym as per schedule,
- Eating according to diet plan,
- And taking rest consistently.
- I know and understand the difficulties of doing all this and I have also gone through the same exercise.
I would like to talk about fulfilling the basic essentials i.e. training and rest.
If you are consistently unable to take rest then make sure to align it with your sleep. Although it is very fascinating to sleep quite late-night on weekends. That will easy if you have nothing much to do at day time, but in case of lot of workout during the day time, you may get tired earlier and will crash out until you give your body enough rest. .
After all this tough time to balance training and rest, harder thing is to keep the required diet. I have been doing this for many years by making sure that to maintain a healthy diet. It is very balanced and never let me think that I am either over eating or eating less. I have simply realized that how critical factor diet is can be in you over body shape, when you extensively work out and also take enough rest.
I analyzed that as soon as I changed my diet plan, results started to come and I started enjoy my time at gym more.
I don’t only felt change in my looking but also I feel like being fresh and in better shape. Overlooking the fast food and junk food also count much in making me feel better. All energy made by having healthy diet counts a lot in my life other matters. I have developed a lot of will power to do new things. I believe that this is solely because of my healthy diet as it had helped a lot in keeping me consistent.
For humans, good feelings are of utmost importance. It is kind of huge plus for me and also assist me in staying consistent as it make me feel awesome. Just like feeling guilty on doing something wrong, in past when I eat something unhealthy, it certainly makes me feel bad and just like cheating my diet plan. As my body is adapted to healthy food only, unhealthy and junk food doesn’t suits me much now.
I know that eating anything not well for my health can leave a negative impact on my looks. So it is kind of motivation for me to stay away from having these negative impacts and keep myself as reliable. This eventually results in making me strive for better physique and consistent performer.
