But the most effective solution has been given by Dr. Joseph Awoyinfa. He teaches Human Kinetics and Health Education in the University of Lagos. Fortunately, I was lucky for being a part of his project called “Modern Trends in Sports Administration and Management”. The book was published in 2008 and it has brought a revolutionary change for the last 8 years.

- Dr. Awoyinfa has prescribed the nation to take sports department seriously. The logic behind such condition is really simple. You cannot ignore the importance of sports in any corner of the world. It has become a national symbol for the most of the countries. To uphold the honor of a nation, promoting a particular sport is the easiest way. This is the reason a proper management and implementing new theories are much needed. The administration helps to improve the ability of planning, organizing and taking leadership.
